Administration not that citizen-friendly
I engage for the protection of trees, Julia-Gertraud Hamann
of the Tree Protection Initiative in Hanover tells. She scoffs at the city:
The administration pretends to be citizen-friendly. But no matter whether
I send letters or e-mails to the different departments - allegedly, they
always arrive only in part. Now I ask for a receipt for each letter or
mail. Neither do they want to give me a list with the e-mail addresses
of all municipal employees, because this list is only designed for internal
purposes. This makes the entire communication rather difficult and
not very citizen-friendly.
